Victoria Simmons, LAC, LAMFT

Victoria is a Licensed Associate Counselor and Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about walking alongside others through challenging times and helping them be an overcomer. She aims to build healthy communities by strengthening individuals, couples, and families, empowering them to navigate life's pathways, cultivate resilience, and achieve personal growth. She works mostly with older teens, adults, couples, and families. Her mission is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can work through anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship difficulties, life adjustment, and more.

Victoria believes her calling is to help each individual find their inner strength by providing the tools they need for their unique situation, such as mindfulness, cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT), solution-focused, and family systems approaches. She is a Certified Trauma Professional passionate about helping individuals see beyond their past and start thriving in the here and now.

In her free time, Victoria enjoys painting, tent camping, and hiking Pinnacle Mountain. Her best moments are game nights with her husband of 24 years and two adult children, along with her fur-baby Max.
