Kimberly Stephens, LPC

Kimberly Stephens is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) trained in the model of scientist as practitioner through the Clinical Psychology program at the University of Tulsa. She uses the most effective and efficacious treatments to help clients deal with a variety of issues from depression, mood changes, anxiety, grief, trauma, anger, and behavioral concerns. With over 16 years of experience in mental health she has worked with children, adolescents, and adults with a special focus on adolescents.

She uses a cognitive behavioral approach that is solution focused and client centered. Kimberly believes therapy should be a safe place for change and wants to walk with others while modeling the unconditional love and forgiveness from God that she has received through Him in Christ Jesus.

Kimberly regularly goes running or to Pure Barre, enjoys reading, and spending time with her friends. She enjoys however, most of all spending time with her daughter.
