Karissa Baggett, LAC

Karissa Baggett is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) that is dedicated to helping children, adults, and families develop the life skills necessary to promote healing and wellness. She has worked mostly with children, adolescents, teens, and families struggling with managing symptoms related to trauma, anxiety, depression, life changes, and significant mental illness. She is dedicated to strengthening parenting skills and positive relationships within the family system. Karissa uses a person-centered and experiential approach to promote healing.

 

Karissa is a native to Arkansas, but spent her childhood in Alaska and has called Cabot her home for many years. She enjoys learning and reading as well as experiencing the rejuvenating power of nature through hiking, camping in the great outdoors. She especially enjoys spending time with her five children and other family.
