Rusty Meadows, LAC
Rusty Meadows is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) providing services for clients in the Searcy and Beebe offices. Rusty welcomes clients--adolescents and older adults--into a therapy environment that is warm and sensitive to whatever the presenting issue might be. He works from the philosophy of “I’m not here to fix you” but believes that the agent for change is within each person. He strives to help his clients discover and activate the desired change.
With 27 years of counseling experience, he is comfortable addressing a wide range of life challenges including (but not limited to) anxiety/panic, depression or other mood disorders, OCD, trauma, relational issues, and some personality disorders. Particularly, for the past 15 years he has done a lot of work with those that are grieving—whatever the loss might be.
Rusty’s spiritual orientation (Christian) is naturally a part of his work and yet his clients would tell you he does not push it on them. When not working, Rusty enjoys time with his wife as well as their children and grandchildren. He likes to travel, enjoys diverse types of music, watches sports (Go Hogs!) and is involved with his local church.
