Nikki Poe, LPC

Nikki Poe is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) that is dedicated to helping children and their families learn the skills they need to find their strengths to promote healing and achievement. She obtained her counseling degree from Wayland Baptist University in 2014. She has worked mostly with children, adolescents, teens, and families struggling to manage symptoms related to anxiety, depression, and life changes. She works to help strengthen the familial bond and individual and parenting skills to foster positive relationships. She uses a cognitive behavioral, person-centered and brief solution focused approach to provide an individualized experience.

Nikki is a native Texan but after her husband's military career brought them to Arkansas they now call Cabot home. She has been married for over 20 years and has 3 children She enjoys spending time with family, shopping and watching her kids play sports. As well as reading, coloring, puzzles, shopping, traveling, sports, and fall weather.
