Simone Brock, LAC
Simone is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) dedicated to helping adults navigate life's challenges such as grief, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma. She is passionate about helping clients discover their strengths and live authentically. Using a solution-focused, person-centered approach, she integrates mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy to foster growth and healing.
Simone views therapy as a partnership, creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen and understood, while keeping things real. She is also trained in EMDR, a trauma-focused therapy. With over 30 years of experience in grief and loss, she holds a Fellow in Thanatology credential from the Association for Death Education and Counseling. A native of Arkansas, Simone has been married for 34 years and is a proud mother of one daughter. She enjoys audiobooks, time with family and friends, cooking, and small farm life. Her faith is an important part of her life, and she attends a cowboy church.
