Rebecca Palas is a compassionate and dedicated child therapist with over 12 years of experience helping children and families navigate emotional and behavioral challenges. Specializing in child and adolescent therapy, Rebecca uses evidence-based techniques to support children in building resilience, improving emotional regulation, and fostering healthy coping strategies.
With a strong foundation in child development, Rebecca understands that every child is unique and approaches each case with care and sensitivity. She is skilled in working with children experiencing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, family dynamics, grief, and behavioral difficulties. Through a collaborative, child-centered approach, Rebecca works closely with both children and their families to create a safe, supportive environment that encourages growth and healing.
