Alex Muckelberg, LAC

Alex is a Licensed Associate Counselor dedicated to creating a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected. Guided by the belief that “Grit is the bridge between struggle and strength, helping us transform pain into power,” Alex empowers clients to navigate their struggles, embrace their strengths, and cultivate hope for a brighter future.

Alex specializes in working with children, teens, young adults, and families, helping them enhance communication skills, promote personal growth, and develop resiliency. She focuses on addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral challenges, stress, grief, and life transitions. Alex utilizes a collaborative therapeutic approach, integrating techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and humanistic therapy to meet the unique needs of her clients.

In her free time, Alex enjoys all forms of crafting—particularly knitting, crochet, and embroidery—as well as camping, reading, and traveling with her husband and family.
