Kayla is a Licensed Master Social Worker who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges. With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, she creates a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and work through anxiety, depression, ADHD, ODD, stress, and life transitions. Kayla enjoys working with children, teens, young adults, and families to promote personal growth and strengthen relationships. She uses a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices.
In her free time, Kayla enjoys painting with her daughter and husband as well as spending time on the farm. Her favorite animals on the farm are the silkie chickens and miniature horses.
