The long-term effects of trauma on individuals and relationships can be very difficult to address in a typical 60 minute session. We are excited to offer intensive sessions as a more suitable solution to help you break through ways of being and relating that are disruptive to your life. Intensive Sessions can focus around a number of topics but typically will help you resolve struggles with individual mental health, Trauma, and/or Relationships.
We offer multiple levels of intensives to meet your need and your budget.
Half-Day (3 hours)
Full Day(6 hours)
2 or 3 days(12-18 hours)
Current rates for Intensives are $200/hr and a sliding fee scale is offered so your rate may be different according to your household income.
